Refund policy
We always want you to love your purchases from Talia Rae Clothing, so we want you to have the opportunity to exchange or return them as needed. Our policy last 14 days starting with the day you received your package. All eligible returns are for store credit only!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase!
To start a return, you can contact us at taliaraeclothing@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items not eligible for returns:
Any Custom ordering, final sale items, stickers, intimates, swimsuits, and body suits(will accept if bottom was not clipped). Additionally gift cards are also non-refundable! If you have any questions if your items is non-refundable please contact me at taliaraeclothing@gmail.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you contact more than 14 days after receiving this package you will not be eligible for compensation.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be only on a size basis. If you want a different item you will have to request a full return.vThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need store credit for an upcoming launch please contact and we can help speed the process up.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lost Packages
Talia Rae Clothing is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Once it is handed to the mail carrier we are no longer responsible. The best way to go about finding your package or trying to get money back is to contact the mail carrier that you chose. You will have to file a claim with them to receive you shipping insurance if you chose the delivery option with insurance.
